Meeting with the EU Special Representative

On 10 June 2015 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov has met with the EU Special Representative for Central Asia Peter Burian.

At the beginning of the conversation P.Burian congratulated the Minister of Foreign Affairs with regard to the successful conducting the High-level International Conference on the implementation of the International Decade for Action “Water for Life”, 2005-2015.

During the meeting the following issues have been discussed: bilateral cooperation between the EU and Tajikistan; the security and major regional issues; water-energy issue and other international issues of mutual interest.

The Head of EU Delegation to Tajikistan Ambassador Hidajet Biscevic also attended at the meeting.
