Meetings of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs

On June 8, 2015 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Nizomiddin Zohidi held a meeting with the heads of the official delegations of Slovak Republic and Germany, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Republic to the Republic of Tajikistan (with residence in Tashkent) Mr. Pavol Ivan and Commissioner on globalization, energy and climate policy in the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany Mr. Ernst Peter Fischer, who arrived to Tajikistan to participate at the High Level International Conference on the implementation of the International Decade for Action “Water for Life”, 2005-2015.

During the meeting the parties highly evaluated the importance of the above-mentioned Conference in solving of water related problems of current world.

Also the sides discussed the current state and prospects of development of the bilateral relations in various fields, including the cooperation in the framework of European Union.
