On May 9, 2015, the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Brussels together with the Embassies of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Cuba, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkmenistan, USA, Uzbekistan and Vietnam took part in the ceremony of commemorating the soldiers of the former Soviet Union and participants of the Belgian Resistance Movement who died for the liberation of Belgium from fascism.
High representatives of above mentioned countries laid wreaths at the monument located in the commune of Ever in Brussels, where the Soviet soldiers and participants of the Belgian Resistance Movement are buried.
It should be noted that on May 6th, 2015, in the framework of marking the 70th anniversary of Victory Day in Brussels, a film of "Tajikfilm" from 1978 entitled "A woman from far away" and subject photo exhibition were demonstrated at the Russian Centre of Science and Culture.
