Relations of Tajikistan with Kingdom of Cambodia

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kingdom of Cambodia were established on November 29, 1995.

The Embassy of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Tajikistan has its residence in Ankara. Since January 31, 2025, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Tajikistan (with residence in Ankara) Mr. SOK Chea.

On April 8, 2019, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation I. Sattorov, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to the Republic of Tajikistan K. Viset. During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on the development of bilateral relations, as well as on the international agenda.

From 14 to 16 June 2019 the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia took place in the Fifth Summit of the Member States of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) in Dushanbe. During the working visit he had a meeting with the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

 Foreign trade turnover between the countries in 2023 amounted to 123,800 thousand USD.
