Meeting of Ambassador with the Minister of Jal Shakti of India      

On July 24, 2019 the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of India Mr. Sulton Rahimzoda met with the Minister of Jal Shakti  of the Republic of India (Ministry of Water Resources) Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat.

 During the meeting the sides discussed  issues of cooperation between the two countries in the field of water resources, including exchange of experience in the basin water resource management, provision of drinking water to population, participation in water-related events, especially in the framework of the International Decade for Action “Water for Sustainable Development”, 2018-2028”.
