Meeting with the Director General of the Universal Postal Union (UPU)

On November 21, 2025, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Swiss Confederation, Mr. Sharaf Sheralizoda, held a meeting with the Director General of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), Mr. Masahiko Metoki, as part of his working visit to the city of Bern.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the level of sectoral development in Tajikistan, the use of the Organization’s capacities to advance the communications sector in the country through the digitalization of postal services at all stages, as well as the strengthening establishment of mutually beneficial cooperation between parties.
