On 6 June 2025, in New Delhi, within the framework of the India–Central Asia Dialogue, the foreign ministers of the Central Asian countries met with the Prime Minister of the Republic of India, Mr. Narendra Modi.
The participants exchanged views in the spirit of the centuries-old historical, cultural, and linguistic ties between India and the countries of Central Asia. It was noted that the Dialogue contributes to further strengthening economic, trade, scientific, and cultural cooperation, as well as to creating new foundations for promoting regional integration and the effective utilization of the region’s significant natural and human potential.
The rapid development of the economy was recognized as an important factor in expanding mutually beneficial cooperation in areas such as industry, energy, agriculture, education, healthcare, and information technology. In this context, the importance of making effective use of the available opportunities and existing mechanisms within the framework of the Dialogue was also emphasized.
