Meeting with-Country Director of WFP

On July 26, 2016 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Huseinzoda Muzaffar has met with a newly appointed Representative/Country Director of the World Food Programme (WFP) in the Republic of Tajikistan  Paolo Mattei.

At the beginning of the meeting Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs has congratulated P. Mattei on his appointment and wished him success in performing this important mission.

During the meeting the parties have discussed the issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and the WFP, joint projects in the field of ensuring food security, assistance during the natural disasters, and implementation of future programs.

At the end of the meeting P. Mattei has presented to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan the accreditation letter.
