Meeting with the UN Assistant Secretary General

On 13 June 2016 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov has met with the UN Assistant Secretary General and Director of the Regional Bureau of UNDP for East Europe and Central Asia Cihan Sultanoglu.

During the meeting the issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and the UNDP, including development and adoption of a new development strategy in Tajikistan until 2030 and High-Level Symposium on the SDG 6 and targets called “Ensuring that no one is left behind in access to water and sanitation”, which will be held from 9 to 11 August 2016 in Dushanbe, have been discussed.
