Meeting of the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan with the Chairman of the Parliament of Turkmenistan

On October 26, 2023, a meeting was held between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Turkmenistan Niyatbekzoda Vafo with the Chairman of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, Ms. Dunyagozel Gulmanova.

During the conversation, the parties noted the importance of developing parliamentary diplomacy, which is a reliable and effective tool in deepening interstate relations.

The activities of the Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan were noted, also interest in deepening interaction and intensifying its activities for the benefit of the two countries and peoples was expressed.
