Congratulatory telegram to the King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Charles III

Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, sent a congratulatory telegram to the King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, His Majesty Charles III, which reads:

"Your Majesty,

I have the honor to express our warm congratulations and good wishes to you on your assumption of the high office of the King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

I wish you good health and ever-increasing success in fulfilling your responsible duties, and the United Kingdom and its people - sustainable peace, stability, progress and prosperity.

Great Britain was among the first to recognize the independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and at the beginning of this year we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our states.

We are satisfied with the process of development of cooperation relations between the two countries during this period and the Tajik side is always interested in its further strengthening in all areas of mutual interests.

I express the hope that the constructive partnership between our countries, thanks to consistent joint efforts, will continue to develop and expand in line with the principles of friendship, mutual understanding, mutual respect and in accordance with the fundamental interests of the two sides.
