Meeting with the Rector of Istanbul University

On June 14, 2022, the Consul General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Istanbul M. Saidzoda had s meeting with the rector of Istanbul University, prof. Dr. Mahmut AK.

During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation between Tajikistan and Turkey in the field of science and education.Parties put an emphasis to the issues of the development scientific and humanitarian cooperation between the universities of the Republic of Tajikistan and Istanbul University. Particular attention was paid to the topic of increasing scholarship programs for students in Tajikistan and intensifying academic exchange in order to train specialists in various fields.
