Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan with the Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization

On December 3, 2024, on the sidelines of the 28th Meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) in Mashhad, a meeting was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin and the Secretary General of the ECO Asad M. Khan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the results of the event, as well as ways to further expand the multifaceted relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the relevant institutions of the Organization.

It was emphasized that in 2024, Tajikistan hosted three high-level meetings within the framework of the ECO, which played an important role in regional integration.

In this context, Tajikistan's readiness to support further activities of ECO was noted.
