Business dialogue between Japan and Central Asia

On February 21, 2023, the Japan-Central Asia Business Dialogue was held at the initiative of the Japan Association for Trade with Russia & NIS (ROTOBO).

The Ambassadors of the Central Asian countries, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan and the heads of the Committees for Economic Cooperation with the Central Asian Countries participated in the dialogue.

Representatives of business circles made speeches and emphasized the growing interest of Japanese business towards Central Asia and the strengthening of cooperation.

Ambassador M. Jalolov spoke about the potential of trade and economic cooperation, investment opportunities in Tajikistan, as well as identifying new opportunities for cooperation and prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation.
