Meeting of Ambassador with the representatives of the Iran-Tajikistan Friendship Association

On September 25, 2025 the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan in Tehran Nizomiddin Zohidi met with the delegation of the Iran-Tajikistan Friendship Association, led by the Chairman of the Association Aliashraf Shabistari.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of scientific and cultural cooperation between the two countries, as well as holding programs honoring prominent Tajik figures, scientific conferences, publishing books and the cooperation program of the Embassy with the Association for 2026.

Finally, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Iran-Tajikistan Friendship Association.
