Congratulatory telegram to the Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Friedrich Merz

On May 10, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, sent a congratulatory telegram to the Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Honorable Friedrich Merz, which reads:

"Your Excellency,

I have the honor to convey to you my sincere congratulations on your election to the high post of Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany.

I wish you good health and happiness, and ever-increasing achievements for the progress and prosperity of friendly Germany as well as for the strengthening of its influence and reputation in the international arena.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to once again emphasize the commitment of the Tajik side to the comprehensive expansion of friendly relations and wide-ranging cooperation with the Federal Republic of Germany. In this context, we welcome the fruitful continuation of the top-level and high-level dialogue between the two countries in areas of mutual interest.

I am confident that with joint constructive efforts, we can take more practical measures to further enrich the content of the multifaceted partnership between the two countries in line with the core interests of our peoples."
