Establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Co‑operative Republic of Guyana

On September 19, 2022 in New York on the sidelines of the 77th  Session of the United Nations General Assembly was held a signing ceremony of the Joint Communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Co‑operative Republic of Guyana.

The Joint Communiqué was signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana Mr. Hugh Hilton Todd.

Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the two countries also highlighted the importance of the development of bilateral and multilateral relations between Tajikistan and Gayana.
