Meeting of the Chairman of the Committee of Tourism Development under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan with the Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization

On May 4, 2022, the Chairman of the Committee for Tourism Development under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Jurazoda Tojiddin and Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization Mr. Zurab Pololikashvili held a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the High-Level Thematic Debate on “Putting sustainable and resilient tourism at the heart of an inclusive recovery” in New York.

During the meeting, Mr. T. Jurazoda and Mr. Zurab Pololikashvili exchanged views on the restoration and further development of tourism in the post Covid-19 period.

The sides also discussed the expansion of cooperation in the field of tourism and other issues of mutual interest.
