109th meeting of the CIS Economic Council

On April 3, 2026, the 109th meeting of the CIS Economic Council was held in Moscow under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Hokim Kholikzoda.

The parties considered more than 17 issues aimed at further strengthening cooperation in various areas of the economy and social sector, on which the relevant decisions of the Economic Council were signed.

Moreover within the framework of this event, the CIS International Economic Forum was held, in the plenary session which is the delegation from the Republic of Tajikistan took part on it.

The next meeting of the CIS Economic Council is scheduled in June 2026 in Moscow.
