Meeting of the Ambassador with students

On January 8, 2026, Ambassador Mr. Davlatshoh Gulmahmadzoda met with Tajik students studying at higher educational institutions in Russia

At the meeting, the head of the diplomatic mission explained key points of the Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Mr. Emomali Rahmon to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on major directions of Tajikistan's domestic and foreign policies, which was held on 16 December 2025.

During the remarks, mentioned the key issues of the state policy of the Republic of Tajikistan prioritizes ensuring a dignified life for the population, guaranteeing security and the rule of law, maintaining peace and stability in the country, supporting education, culture, and healthcare, raising the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, self-exploration, knowledge, and enlightenment, supporting women and youth, and appointing them to leadership positions.

Continuing his speech, the head of the diplomatic mission emphasized that the specialties studied by Tajik citizens are in high demand in their homeland and advised them to take advantage of all opportunities offered by universities to acquire knowledge and study foreign languages.

The Ambassador also exclaimed to the Tajik students to uphold national values, patriotism, combat extremism and terrorism, prevent youth from becoming involved in extremist parties and groups, resist provocations, regardless of their form or manifestation, and instill in the younger generation a spirit of devotion and love for their homeland. This includes respecting the customs and traditions of the host country and abiding by its laws.
