On October 19, 2021, the Vienna Conference on Migration under the title of "Re-imagining migration partnerships: Challenges, Opportunities and Strategies" was held, where the Tajik delegation headed by the Deputy Foreign Minister Mr. Sharaf Sheralizoda participated.
The conference focused on the current state of migration in various parts of the world, including the impact of political and security developments in Afghanistan.
During the event, Sh. Sheralizoda as a keynote speaker outlined Tajikistan's position about the current and future priorities of the international community on how to improve the situation in Afghanistan. At the end of the meeting he answered to the questions from the audience on the subject.
