Deputy Foreign Minister received copies of Letters of Credence from Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

On October 10, 2021 the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Muzaffar Huseinzoda received a copy of Credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Tim Jones

During the meeting the parties expressed their interest in expanding mutually beneficial cooperation in political, trade, economic and humanitarian areas.

The interlocutors discussed interaction in the framework of international organizations, in particularly preparation for the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) as well as other issues of mutual interest.

The Deputy Foreign Minister congratulated the Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on his appointment and wished him success in his diplomatic mission in Tajikistan.
