Tajikistan parliamentary elections in Brussels
On March 1, 2015, in Brussels parliamentary elections of the Republic of Tajikistan – elections of deputies of Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the country (fifth convocation) were held at a polling station №57/5, located in the building of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Kingdom of Belgium.
88,57% of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan, permanently or temporarily residing in the territory of the Kingdom of Belgium, Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, took an active part in the parliamentary elections.
Voting in Embassy of Tajikistan in Washington DC
On March 1, 2015, on Tajikistan’s Parliamentary Election Day, (Election to the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan) the Polling Place #77/25 (Shohmansur constituency #3) was opened from 6AM to 8PM (local time) at the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan to the USA.
The members of the Polling Place Commission are providing all necessary conditions for voting of Tajikistan citizens from 6AM to 8PM.
Beginning of the voting for the parliamentary election in Vienna
On March 1, 2015 at 8.00 local time voting for the election to the Assembly of Representatives (Majlisi Namoyandagon), the lower chamber of parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan has begun in the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Vienna, which continues at present time.
In this important political event citizens of Tajikistan residing permanently or temporarily in Austria, Slovakia, Hungary and other countries are taking part.
Elections in New Delhi
Elections of deputies to Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli (National Parliament) of the Republic of Tajikistan started at 08:00am local time in polling station No75/23 in New Delhi (Embassy of Tajikistan).
Despite the unexpectedly heavy raining, citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan actively participated in this important political event. Up to 15:00 local time, 45 per cent of citizens registered in the Republic of India made their choice.
Voting in Cairo
On March 1, 2015 at 8:00 am local time the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Cairo, where a polling station on the election of deputies of lower chamber of the Tajik Parliament (Majlisi Namayandagani Majlisi Oli) has been established, opened its doors for voters.
Tajik citizens residing in Egypt and consisting primarily of students from different universities of that country are actively participating in the vote since the first hours of the opening of the polling station.
Voting in Cairo will continue until 8 pm.
