Telephone conversation between Foreign Ministers of Tajikistan and India

On May 6, 2020, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sirodjiddin Muhriddin had a telephone conversation with the Minister of External Affairs of the Republic of India Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.  

During the conversation the sides discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral Tajik-Indian relations in various areas and other issues of mutual interest.

On the subject of cooperation of the two countries in the field of healthcare and medicine Foreign Ministers stressed the importance of continuation of mutual aid and joint measures aimed at preventing the spread of Covid-19 pandemic.
