The 11th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission of Tajikistan and India

On February 24-25, 2020, in New Delhi the 11th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission of Tajikistan and India on trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation was held. The Tajik delegation at this meeting was headed by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Mr. Tojiddin Jurazoda and the Indian side by Commerce Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Mr. Anup Vadhavan.

At the meeting, the current state and development prospects of cooperation between the two countries in the areas of economy, trade, finance, investment, the private sector, industry and new technologies, transport, agriculture, energy, education, culture, tourism and other areas were discussed.

As a result, the Protocol of the 11th Session of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission between Tajikistan and India on economic, scientific and technical cooperation was signed.
