Meeting of Tajik Ambassador with the Minister of Power, New and Renewable Energy of India

On November 20, 2019 the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of India Sulton Rahimzoda met with Minister of Power, New and Renewable Energy of India Mr. Raj Kumar Singh.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of cooperation between the two countries in the field of energy, including participation in the development of Tajikistan's hydropower potential with further development of industry through investment projects, implementation of projects in the field of renewable energy, especially solar power stations, exchange of experience and conducting of trainings.

The sides noted existing great potential in the discussed areas and expressed interest in further development of cooperation on this basis.
