Discussion of mutually beneficial cooperation with representatives of the German business communities

In cooperation with the Business Association RDHG / LUNO Gruppe, on November 5, 2019, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Germany Sohibnazar Gayratsho met with representatives of the business communities of the provinces of Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein in the framework of the "Dialogue with ambassadors of the Silk Road countries. In his speech, the Ambassador spoke about the reform process in Tajikistan and the country's achievements in recent years, called the processing of cotton fiber and its export, the creation of production value chains in Tajikistan, taking into account the cost of electricity, cheap labor and market access, as well as the export of dried fruits to Europe and the development of natural resources and investment in tourism infrastructure as potential sectors of cooperation for German businessmen.

Mirko Novak, Director of this Business Association for Cooperation with Russia and CIS countries, noted that Tajikistan, due to its efforts, has become one of the reformers in the World Bank's world ranking and is increasingly confident in its position as a "Green Country" with large energy resources and a unique and fabulous nature.

Taking into account the interest of German tourist communities in cooperation with travel agencies of Tajikistan, it was decided to organize a business forum of the two countries in the framework of the international tourism exhibition ITB 2020.
