The delegation of the Embassy of Tajikistan visited Gaziantep region of Turkey

On June 18-19, 2019 the delegation of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Turkey visited Gaziantep region. The delegation was accompanied by Mr.Mahmud Er, Chairman of the Council of Entrepreneurs of Turkey and Tajikistan.

During the visit, the delegation held meetings with the Chairman of the Gaziantep region Mr. Davut Gul, Deputy Mayor of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Mr. Usmon Toprak, Chairman of the Chamber of Industry of Gaziantep Mr. Adnan Unverdi and Chairman of the South-Eastern Union of Exporters of Anatolia (GAİB) Mr. Ahmet Kaplan.

During the talks, a wide range of issues on cooperation between the two countries was discussed; in particular, the parties discussed cooperation with the Gaziantep region in trade, economic, investment, educational spheres, as well as in the sphere of culture and tourism and the prospects of this cooperation.

As part of the visit, the delegation of the Embassy of Tajikistan and Turkish partners - the Chairman of the Council of Entrepreneurs of Turkey and Tajikistan, the Trade Representative of the Republic of Turkey in Tajikistan and other employees of the DEİK met with the entrepreneurs of the region, during which the investment opportunities of the Republic of Tajikistan were presented.
