Tajik Ambassador’s meeting with Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia

On 2 May 2019, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan Zarobiddin Kosimi met with the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia on general diplomatic issues Saud Ibn Saleh Katib.

During the meeting a wide range of issues relating to bilateral cooperation was discussed. The sides paid attention to strengthening  cultural cooperation, including  holding of  Cultural Days of   Tajikistan, scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2019. The Saudi side expressed gratitude for the high level of reception of the Cultural Days of Saudi Arabia  in Tajikistan in May 2018.

Stressing the importance of cultural ties, both sides expressed confidence that the Cultural Days of  Tajikistan will also be held at the proper level and contribute to the further development of friendship and cooperation between the two countries and their peoples.
