Сеlebation of Nawruz in Geneva

On 21 March 2019, the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Tajikistan to the UN Office and other international organizations in Geneva together with other representatives of the countries of Navruz area held an official reception at the World Intellectual Property Organization devoted to the International Day of Navruz.

 The event was attended by the First Deputy Director General of WIPO, Mr.Naresh Prasat, also the ambassadors of the countries participating in the above-mentioned celebration, as well as the Tajik Diaspora living in Switzerland.

Guests were provided with information about the culture of celebrating Navruz in Tajikistan and they have been tasted the national cuisine of the countries of Navruz area.
