Presenting copies of Credentials by the Ambassadors of the United States of America, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka to Tajikistan

On March 14, 2019 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Surojiddin Muhriddin received the newly appointed ambassadors of the United States of America John Pommersheim the Islamic Republic of Iran Mr. Mohammadtaqi Sobiri and  the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Mr. Nurdin Mohammad Shaheid  on the occasion of handing over the copies of credentials.

During the bilateral meetings of the Foreign Minister with newly appointed ambassadors, sides exchanged views on the current state and perspectives of the development of multilateral relations of the Republic of Tajikistan with these countries, as well as cooperation in the framework of international and regional organizations.

In conclusion, S. Muhriddin congratulated new appointed ambassadors with the beginning their diplomatic mission and expressed confidence that they will every effort to develop the multilateral constructive cooperation.
