Meeting of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs with the Ambassador of Australia

On June 16, 2014 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Nizomiddin Zohidov received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Australia to the Republic of Tajikistan (with residence in Moscow) Mr. Paul Myler.

During the meeting the sides exchanged views on the prospects of developing bilateral cooperation in various fields between Tajikistan and Australia, including in the areas of combating terrorism, trafficking of people and organized crime.

The both sides expressed willingness to further develop cooperation in the spheres of trade and economy, politics and humanitarian cooperation.
