Exchange of the instruments of ratification of the Treaty between the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons

On 19 June 2017, in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China Parviz Davlatzoda, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the People’s Republic of China and Liu Zhenmin, the Vice Minister of the People’s Republic of China, signing the corresponding Protocol, exchanged the Instruments of Ratification of the Treaty between the Republic of Tajikistan and the People’s Republic of China on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons signed in Dushanbe on September 13, 2014.

According to the provisions of Article 20 of the aforesaid Treaty, it shall enter into force on the thirtieth day from the exchange of the Instruments of Ratification, i.e., on July 19, 2017.
