Meeting with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea

On June 16, 2026 on the sidelines of the 2nd Senior Official`s Meeting of the inaugural “Central Asia–Republic of Korea” Summit in Tashkent, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr.Idibek Kalandar met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea Ms. Eui-hae Cecilia Chung.

During the meeting the parties discussed the current state and prospects of mutually beneficial cooperation between Tajikistan and the Republic of Korea.

Particular attention was paid to the preparations for the first "Central Asia–Republic of Korea" Heads of States Summit.
