Seminar in Egypt on the Tajikistan Water Conference

On May 18, 2026, an international scientific and practical seminar entitled "Tajikistan and the Fourth Water Conference" was held in Cairo at the initiative of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan and in collaboration with the  Center for Political and Media Studies "Hivar" (Dialogue). It was attended by a large number of representatives of Egyptian media, as well as economic, water, climate, and environmental institutions.

In his speech, Tajik Ambassador to Egypt Parviz Mirzozoda outlined the main objectives of the Fourth International High-Level Conference on the International Decade for Action, "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028" (Dushanbe, May 25-28, 2026) and called on Egyptian journalists and experts to actively cover the event.
