Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan with the UN Special Representative, Head of the UNRCCA

On October 18, 2016 within the framework of the 43rd session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), which is taking place in Tashkent, Mr. Sirodjidin Aslov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan has met Petko Draganov, the Head of the United Nations Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA).

During the meeting the parties have exchanged views on the issues of cooperation of the Central Asian countries with the UNRCCA in strengthening regional security, process of implementation of programs and projects of the Center for the countries of the region, as well as involvement of Afghanistan in the regional integration initiatives.
