Meeting with Deputy Secretary of State

On August 4, 2016 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov met with the Deputy Secretary of State Anthony Blinken during his visit to Washington DC to attend C5 + 1 ministerial meeting.
In the course of the meeting a wide range of bilateral issues as well as the results of C5+1 ministerial meeting were discussed.
The sides positively assessed the results of C5+1 ministerial meetings in Washington and reaffirmed the importance of addressing issues in the fields of economy, environment and security both in bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
