Presentation of Credentials to the Emperor of Japan

On July 18, 2024, the Ceremony of Presenting Credentials of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Japan Farhod Salim to His Majesty Naruhito, the Emperor of Japan was conducted at the Imperial Palace of Japan.

His Majesty Naruhito, the Emperor of Japan expressed his sincere wishes to the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and shared his view on climate change and consequences, as well as international initiatives.

The Ambassador of Tajikistan to Japan highlighted the global initiatives of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in this direction and emphasized the importance of cooperation within the framework of the initiative “2025 - International Year of Glacier Preservation”.

His Majesty wished the Ambassador success in his diplomatic mission to strengthen relations between the two countries.
