Meetings of the Ambassador of Tajikistan in Kuwait

On May 16, 2024 Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the State of Kuwait Zubaydullo Zubaydzoda met with the Assistants of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait for International Organizations Abdulaziz Saud Al-Jarallah and for Development and International Cooperation Hamad Suleiman Al-Mashaan.

During the meetings, issues of bilateral cooperation within the framework of international organizations, as well as the participation of the Kuwaiti side in the 3rd High-Level International Conference on International Decade of Action “Water for Sustainable Development”, 2018-2028, which will be held on June 10-13, 2024 in Dushanbe, were discussed.

On the same day, Ambassador of Tajikistan met with Director General of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development Waleed Shimlon Albahar.

At the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the state and prospects of economic cooperation, the increase of contribution of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development in financing and implementation of important projects and facilities of the country, including the construction of “Rogun” HPS, renovation and the construction of highways and other new projects.
