Meeting with the Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan

On August 3, 2023, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin received the Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan Ms. Yoshikawa Yuumi.

During the meeting, the current level and prospects for strengthening bilateral cooperation in political, trade, economic, scientific, educational, cultural, humanitarian and other spheres of mutual interest, as well as joint interaction within regional and international organizations were discussed.

Following the meeting, a signing ceremony for the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of Japan on the Human Resource Development Scholarship Project (JDS) was held.
