Meeting with the Kyrgyz Foreign Minister

On February 16, 2016 in Brussels in the framework of the visit of the delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan to Belgium to participate at the meeting of the Cooperation Council between the Republic of Tajikistan and the European Union, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Erlan Abdyldaev.

During the meeting the parties discussed bilateral cooperation, including in the field of economy, energy and border issues. The two sides also exchanged views on regional security, especially on matters concerning the situation in Afghanistan.
