17th session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO

On November 28 - December 3, 2022 the 17th session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO is being held in Rabat, the Kingdom of Morocco. During the session Tajikistan`s joint nominations, including "Sericulture and traditional production of silk for weaving", "Mehrgon Holiday", "Traditional embroidery in Central Asia", "Art of crafting and playing Rubob" and "Telling tradition of Khoja Nasriddin Afandi Anecdotes" will be considered.
