The Ambassador’s meeting with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait for Development and International Cooperation

On March 6, 2019, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait for Development and International Cooperation, Nasser Sabeeh Al- Sabeeh, received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the State of Kuwait H.E. Dr. Zubaydzoda Zubaydullo Najot at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The sides discussed mutually beneficial development issues of common interests within the framework of regional and international organizations, in particular, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the provision of charitable assistance to Tajikistan, fight against terrorism and extremism also any kind of anti-constitutional activity.

In addition, an invitation was made on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Mr. Sirojiddin Muhriddin to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait H.H. Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Sabah to participate in the High-level conference "International and Regional Cooperation on Countering Terrorism and its Financing Through Illicit Drug Trafficking and Organized Crime", which will be held in Dushanbe on May 16-17, 2019.

The Kuwaiti side stated that the country will take part at a high level at this conference.
