Participation in international digital collaboration events in Kuwait

On 4–5 February 2026, the 5th session of the General Assembly of the Digital Cooperation Organization under the theme “Inclusive Growth in the Age of Artificial Intelligence”, as well as the 2nd International Digital Cooperation Forum (IDCF), is held in the State of Kuwait. The First Deputy Director of the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Hakim Ismoilzod participated and delivered a speech at these events.
It should be noted that the General Assembly is regarded as the most important annual event of the Digital Cooperation Organization, bringing together ministers, policymakers, heads of innovative companies, and representatives of international organizations from more than 60 countries worldwide.
The main objective of these events is to discuss global digital cooperation priorities and to coordinate an action plan for the development of the digitalization sector.
