General Information on Embassy

On June 24, 2013 in Kuwait City – the capital of the State of Kuwait a building of the Embassy of Tajikistan has been opened with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.

During the commissioning of the building President Emomali Rahmon was accompanied by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Alkhaleed Alhamad Al Sabah.

During the congratulatory speech the President of the country Emomali Rahmon named the opening of a new building of the Embassy of Tajikistan “an important event in the development of relations with the State of Kuwait”

Satisfaction was expressed with the increase in bilateral relations to a qualitatively new level and the need for efforts by the embassies and other relevant circles of both countries to further strengthen and expand this process was emphasized.
