Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan with the President of the Korean International Cooperation Agency

On November 26, 2020, within the framework of his official visit to the Republic of Korea, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin, met with the President of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Lee Mi-kyung.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on strengthening and developing multifaceted cooperation with the Agency, as well as expanding ties within the framework of the human resources development and technical cooperation program. At the same time, the sides highly appreciated the Agency's regular assistance to Tajikistan in the areas of social development, energy, healthcare and agriculture.

The Tajik side called for the opening of an Office of KOICA in Dushanbe in order to further strengthen cooperation.
