Meeting of the Ambassador of Tajikistan with a Member of the German Bundestag (CDU/CSU)

On 24 April 2026, a meeting took place at the German Bundestag between the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Federal Republic of Germany, Imomudin Sattorov, and Stephan Mayer, Member of the German Bundestag (CDU/CSU) and a member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the prospects for bilateral cooperation across various fields. Particular emphasis was placed on economic and investment cooperation, as well as on strengthening political and parliamentary relations.

The importance of expanding cooperation within the “C5+1” framework, as well as strengthening interparliamentary ties, was also highlighted.
