Participation of Tajikistan in the Brno International Fair

At the initiative of the Embassy of Tajikistan to the Czech Republic and with the support of the Czech Government, from October 6 to 10 of this year, an official delegation of Tajikistan led by the Deputy Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan, Aziz Nazar, and guided by the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Czech Republic, Imomuddin Sattorov, participated in the MSV International Engineering Fair held in Brno, Czech Republic.

On the sidelines of the event, the Tajik delegation also participated and delivered a speech at the Central Asian Business Forum. At the same time, an expert’s meeting of the Tajik–Czech Intergovernmental Working Group of the two sides on Economic and Industrial Cooperation was held.

In addition, a series of meetings took place in the cities of Brno and Prague with representatives of both the public and private sectors of the Czech Republic. In particular, productive discussions took place with the leadership of the Ministries of Industry, Transport and Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, as well as with representatives of such companies as Austin Powder, T Machinery, Škoda Transportation, Omnipol, and Sklostroj.

As a result of these meetings, direct business contacts were established, and concrete plans for further cooperation were defined.
