Working Visit of the Tajik Delegation to Germany to Strengthen Cooperation in the Areas of Labor and Education

From 14 to 18 July 2025, the Tajik delegation led by the Minister of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan, Soleha Kholmahmadzoda, and Farhod Rahimi, Chairman of the Committee for Basic and Secondary Vocational Education under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, paid a working visit to the Federal Republic of Germany.

On 15 July, the delegation held official talks in Munich with members of the Bavarian State Parliament, representatives of the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, the Bavarian Economic Association, and the Bavarian State Minister for European and International Affairs, Eric Beißwenger.

In the further course of the visit, on July 18 in Berlin, the delegation met with the State Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Lilian Tschan. During this meeting, issues relating to bilateral cooperation in the field of labor and employment were discussed.

Additionally, on the same day, the delegation convened for a working meeting at the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Berlin, where delegates met with the President of the Parliament of Saxony-Anhalt, Gunnar Schellenberger, and the Managing Director of TELC GmbH, Jürgen Keicher.

During the visit, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of the Republic of Tajikistan and TELC GmbH.
