Meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the West-Eastern Encounters Foundation

On 21 May 2025, Imomudin Sattorov, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Germany, welcomed Matthias Platzeck, Chairman of the West-Eastern Encounters Foundation's Board of Trustees (former Minister-President of the State of Brandenburg and Chairman of the SPD), to the Embassy.

During the meeting, the prospects for future cooperation were discussed, particularly with regard to youth engagement and intercultural youth exchange. The importance of joint initiatives in these areas for fostering societal connections and promoting mutual cultural understanding was emphasised.
